We are seeking a highly skilled Career Start Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build a strong foundation in customer service and develop valuable skills that will help you succeed in your future career.
About the Job
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, SMS, and chat to provide prompt and effective solutions to their problems. You will work closely with our technical teams to resolve complex issues and ensure that customers receive the highest level of service.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer service requests related to payments and accounts, including card activations, payments, and updates to customer information. You will use client-provided systems and databases to enter required data and escalate unresolved issues to more experienced representatives or designated departments.
- Become familiar with a limited number of clients' products, policies, and procedures, as well as association guidelines and compliance requirements. You will refer to online manuals and specific client training to resolve customer inquiries.
What We Are Looking For
- You should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in a customer support role within a contact center or BPO environment. You should be comfortable using CRM or ticketing platforms to log and resolve issues.
- You should have strong English and Portuguese communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as excellent customer service skills and the ability to remain professional under pressure.
- You should be willing to work on-site at our location and be available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
