Job Description

This role involves generating and qualifying new business opportunities through strategic outreach, including cold calling, list building, emailing, and social media engagement. The successful candidate will identify and pursue leads that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
  • Qualification: Qualify outbound leads to determine their fit and potential as sales opportunities.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified appointments and demos for the sales team to further engage potential clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Previous sales experience in an BDR role (1-3 years), preferably in software or financial services sales.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
