Lead Modeler Role

Join a dynamic team and apply for the Lead Modeler position. We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee modeling standards, ensure model quality and accuracy, and collaborate with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain high-quality structural drawings and Revit models that meet industry standards.
  • Coordinate with project teams to obtain project information, ensure drawing accuracy, and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proactively communicate with clients, coordinate with external teams, and participate in continuous improvement activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate or equivalent education and experience.
  • Autodesk Certified Professional: Revit for Structural Design.
  • At least 3 years of full-time work experience in structural design.
  • Experience in mid-sized structural projects ($5M - $50M).
  • Proficiency in Revit, Tekla, SDS/2, StrucSoft, and/or other structural design software.
  • Strong organization, oral, and written communication skills.
