Health and Benefits Consultant Role

The role involves leading complex projects related to the design, pricing, funding, implementation, and management of Health and Group Benefits programs.

  • Project managers are responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Consultants analyze available funding options and formulate recommendations based on data.
  • They collect and analyze utilization data to provide recommendations and create customized plans for clients.
  • Key responsibilities include presenting project results to clients, demonstrating excellent communication skills, and providing thought leadership on benefits and compliance issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
