Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive our talent acquisition efforts and help achieve ambitious growth goals.

This role plays a critical part in driving expansion and shaping the future of our organization by attracting, hiring, and retaining top-tier talent.

The right person will lead our recruiting team, develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies, and implement efficient recruitment systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the recruiting team to ensure alignment with firm's hiring goals
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies for both legal and administrative roles
  • Oversee inbound and outbound recruiting efforts, including sourcing, headhunting, and employer branding
  • Implement and optimize recruitment systems, workflows, and technologies to maximize efficiency
  • Maintain and enhance the rigor of our hiring process to ensure a consistent pipeline of exceptional candidates

Key Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience managing recruiting teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven experience with both inbound recruiting and outbound recruiting/sourcing
  • Strong oral communication skills in English
  • A track record of hiring exceptional talent in a fast-paced environment
