Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee Sourcing and Hiring Processes - Maximize efficiency and consistent pipeline of exceptional candidates.
  • Implement Effective Systems - Support recruiting team success.
  • Partner with Leadership - Identify future hiring needs and adjust strategies.
  • Reporting and Insights - Analyze recruiting performance, pipeline metrics, and hiring trends.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience managing recruiting teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience with inbound and outbound sourcing.
  • Strong oral communication skills in English.
  • A track record of hiring exceptional talent in fast-paced environments.
