Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and review documents, conduct legal research, and assist with trial preparation.
  • Organize and maintain legal files to ensure compliance with procedural requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to gather and clarify case details.
  • Manage document production and review during discovery.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal working in litigation.
  • Strong understanding of litigation procedures, discovery processes, and filings.
  • Proficiency with case management systems (Clio, PracticePanther, or equivalent).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
