
Talent Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Talent Operations Coordinator. This role is responsible for providing exceptional support to the Talent Acquisition department, ensuring seamless candidate experiences, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive performance.
This position requires strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in high-growth / fast-paced environments.
The ideal candidate will have a college degree, preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or project coordination.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Schedule interviews and provide a seamless candidate experience from start to finish.
- Build trusting relationships with managers, interviewers, recruiters, and HRBP's to collaborate and drive performance.
- Run point on all onboarding tasks and questions for new hires, including background check management and US I-9 verification paperwork.
- Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and optimizing scheduling efficiency.
- Perform quality checks on offer documentation to remove errors, ensure consistency, and comply with location-specific laws and regulations.
- College graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Psychology, Human Resources, or any related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or project coordination, with experience in high-growth / fast-paced environments.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication in English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with Workday as an ATS.
- Scheduling tool experience.
- Ability to pick up tooling quickly and follow processes for clean data creation.
- Professional and positive demeanor with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to prioritize and execute in a reactive, ambiguous high-pressure environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Curiosity about how things work.
