- Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on their qualifications and experience.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.
- Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process to provide updates and answer questions.
- Provide administrative support by managing recruitment databases and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with the team and hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure successful placements.
