Business Solution Delivery Role

The Business Solutions Analyst will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality business solutions that meet customer needs. This involves analyzing current and future business environments, gathering and documenting requirements, and collaborating with product teams to design and implement solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze complex business systems landscapes
  • Gather and document business requirements
  • Develop comprehensive business requirement documents
  • Present detailed requirements to stakeholders
  • Review and evaluate proposed solutions for alignment with business and customer needs
  • Collaborate with Product teams to design and implement solutions
  • Assess and manage the impact of requirements on data systems and processes
  • Support development, testing, UAT, and implementation
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on data systems management
  • Proven success in business analysis roles involving complex project delivery
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing abilities
