Responsibilities
  • Configuration of D365 Financial & Operations
  • Setup of workflows and controls
  • Addressing support tickets
  • Creation of training materials
  • Support for various business initiatives
  • Analysis and troubleshooting of configuration errors
  • Identification of risks and downstream/upstream effects before deployment
  • Ad-hoc data extraction or mass updates as needed
Qualifications
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • D365 Financial & Operations knowledge and experience required
  • System administration experience necessary
  • Finance process expertise essential
