We are seeking an experienced AI Automation Engineer to drive innovation in our vCISO services.

The Opportunity
  • As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with the CTO to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic plans to enhance our products.
  • You will design and implement AI-first solutions, measuring their impact and effectiveness.
  • When issues arise, you will troubleshoot front-end, back-end, and infrastructure problems to ensure seamless performance.
  • With zero tolerance for security breaches, you will safeguard sensitive data and maintain the highest standards of cybersecurity.
  • By staying up-to-date with emerging technologies, you will drive the development of cutting-edge models, frameworks, and agent designs.
Key Requirements
  • Extensive experience in building and deploying SaaS products is essential.
  • Proven track record in production AI/ML systems, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration is required.
  • Ability to rapidly prototype features in hours, not days, is crucial.
  • Prior automation work that delivered tangible business value is necessary.
  • Strong security mindset for handling sensitive data is mandatory.
  • Self-motivation and relentless pursuit of AI knowledge are essential qualities.
About This Role
  • US Eastern-time overlap is required for effective collaboration.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • A portfolio or links to shipped AI and automation projects/products is required.
