AI Developer Job Description

This is a job opening for an AI developer who will lead the creation of internal tools and automations that leverage artificial intelligence to increase efficiency across the organization. The role requires proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, with deep experience in AI/ML frameworks and workflow automation platforms.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop custom internal AI-powered web applications and tools to streamline operations, decision-making, and client service operations.
  2. Automate spreadsheet-based processes and workflows, eliminating manual tasks and improving efficiency across teams.
  3. Integrate various external APIs and build scalable backend services to connect internal systems and data sources seamlessly.
  4. Research and implement new AI-driven automations (e.g., leveraging machine learning and LLMs) to stay at the cutting edge of innovation.
Requirements
  1. Sr. level experience: Extensive experience (5+ years) in software development, with a focus on AI-driven applications and workflow automation.
  2. Web app development: Proven ability to design and implement web applications using modern frameworks and languages.
  3. AI and ML proficiency: Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts.
  4. Workflow automation: Experience building or automating complex workflows and processes.
  5. API integration: Solid experience integrating with third-party services and RESTful APIs.
  6. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
