Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to lead our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing efficient internal controls, supervising billing and collection processes, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing timely financial reports.

This role includes but not limited to the following key responsibilities:

  • Timely and accurate release of monthly statement of accounts
  • Implementation of effective collection policies
  • Ensuring collections are deposited intact within set cut-off times
  • Monthly preparation of bank reconciliations
  • Timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial reports including Balance Sheet, Collection Efficiency, Accounts Receivable Aging, Cash Position and Cash Flow, and other related reports
  • Updated Audited Financial Statements
  • Filing of tax returns and other government agency requirements within deadlines
  • Assisting in the preparation and review of annual budgets
  • Managing company assets through compliance with procurement and disbursement processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Accounting
  • Minimum of two years of experience in General Accounting
  • Willingness to work on-site from Monday to Friday 9am-6pm
