As we scale operations and prepare for our next level of growth, including entry into the capital markets, we are seeking an exceptional Finance Manager to lead our finance and IPO initiatives.


Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Finance Manager to lead our finance team and support the company's next stage of growth, including potential IPO preparation. The role requires a strong foundation in financial leadership, capital market exposure, and proven ability to partner with senior management, regulators, underwriters, and investors.

You will oversee end-to-end financial management, ensure compliance with local and international standards, and spearhead financial modeling, valuation, and risk management initiatives to support strategic decisions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all finance functions including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
  • Spearhead IPO process management, including financial due diligence, valuation, investor presentation preparation, and regulatory coordination.
  • Develop robust financial models to support business strategies, growth plans, and risk mitigation.
  • Partner with underwriters, legal advisors, auditors, and regulatory bodies throughout IPO and capital-raising processes.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership on financial planning and risk management.
  • Drive continuous improvement of internal controls, systems, and financial policies.
  • Mentor and develop finance team members to build strong organizational capability.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA preferred).
  • Trainings or certification in IPO, capital markets, or related areas is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive finance leadership, ideally in food service, retail, or consumer industries.
  • Proven expertise in IPO preparation, process management, and execution.
  • Strong background in financial modeling, valuation, and risk management.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
