Job Title

A Business Strategy Executive is responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including client leadership, consultants, and subject matter experts, to deliver value-added work to clients.
  3. Business Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of clients' businesses, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  4. Process Mapping: Design and implement robust processes and workshop designs based on Acumen IP and client needs.
  5. Coaching and Development: Coach Consulting Associates and clients to ensure alignment with strategic outputs and industry expertise.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven Strategic Thinking: 5+ years of professional experience in leading and executing successful strategic planning cycles, business reviews, or corporate planning initiatives, demonstrably transforming businesses.
  • Communication and Integration: Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, confidently engaging with stakeholders at all levels, translating complex information into clear actionable insights.
  • Analytical and Process Architecture Skillset: Robust analytical and process architecture skillset to structure ambiguous problems, grasp complexities of diverse business landscapes, and map integrated processes for strategy development.
  • Bias for Action: Strong track record of executional excellence, able to move teams into action, ensuring alignment to strategies and goals.
  • Agility and Flexibility: High threshold for ambiguity, adapting to changing project requirements and client needs.
