Job Title: Digital Marketing Lead

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Lead to execute and scale seller-facing programs, increasing offsite traffic and driving measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create initiatives to boost seller-driven traffic through off-platform ads channels.
  • Develop campaign strategies, executions, tracking, and measurement plans for strong returns on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure sellers are aligned with new programs and best practices.
  • Manage the full offsite marketing operations workflow, from planning to reporting, with cross-functional coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and propose improvements to strengthen offsite performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 7+ years in digital or performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce or agency settings.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and experience working with datasets to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate technical insights into business impact.
