Job Opportunity: AI and Automation Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an AI and Automation Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and improving efficiency through the implementation of artificial intelligence and automation solutions.

About the Role

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support business operations and help them achieve their goals. Your responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and maintaining AI and automation solutions to streamline processes, analyzing manual testing processes to identify automation opportunities, creating automated reporting solutions, building and validating automated testing scripts, collaborating with IT teams to integrate AI tools, maintaining documentation for all AI and automation solutions, providing training and support to team members, evaluating and recommending new tools and technologies, and supporting control reviews.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or related field;
  • Experience with AI technologies and automation tools preferred;
  • Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools preferred;
  • Understanding of programming logic and relational databases preferred;
  • Excellent communication and project management skills;
  • Background in process improvement methodologies;
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English;

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines;
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
