Our company is seeking an accomplished Finance Leader to drive sustainable growth, operational efficiency and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the finance team to ensure high performance, accuracy and compliance in all financial operations.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies including budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
  • Direct and manage corporate finance, taxation and banking relationships to maximize returns and minimize risks.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior leaders based on financial analysis and projections.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, reports and regulatory requirements.
  • Design and implement financial policies, procedures and internal controls to safeguard assets.
  • Collaborate with department heads to optimize operational efficiency and resource allocation.
  • Drive financial planning initiatives for projects, investments and growth strategies.
  • Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the business.
  • Lead process improvements and change management initiatives to enhance the finance function.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a CFO or equivalent with a strong background in team management.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics.
  • CPA license is highly desirable.
  • Expertise in cash management, financial accounting and corporate finance is essential.
  • Specialization in taxation and banking is a significant advantage.
  • Sound general business knowledge with the ability to connect finance to operations.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking and project management capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
  • High reliability, strong work ethic and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work long hours under pressure while delivering accurate results.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Adaptability to change and proactive approach to driving initiatives forward.
