Data Governance Manager

This role requires a data governance expert to define policies and procedures for managing business unit data elements and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define Data Governance Policies: Establish data policies that cover the data lifecycle of stakeholders, ensuring data security, privacy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage Data Quality: Develop, track, and manage data quality KPIs across the enterprise, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Lead Enterprise-Wide Initiatives: Identify, prioritize, and lead initiatives to improve data quality, availability, and usability across the organization.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in SQL and data analysis, 3 years of experience in Master Data, Data Quality, or Data Integration, and 3 years of experience in implementing or managing enterprise-scale data warehouse projects.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of data tools (cleansing, master data management, metadata), data quality policies and procedures, and ability to understand key drivers, dependencies, and risks.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
