The role of Business Development Professional is pivotal in fostering and nurturing relationships with key customers, unlocking new revenue streams and driving business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing and maintaining productive relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, and developing targeted strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with business objectives, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.
- Developing and executing plans to achieve assigned targets, including revenue growth and market expansion.
- Proactively managing and resolving customer complaints and issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
