Job Overview

This position plays a key role in ensuring the successful deployment of Workday solutions to meet the specific needs of clients. As a seasoned professional, you will architect, configure, and test Workday configurations while fostering the development of other Consultants by sharing expertise.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expertise in the Workday Payroll product suite with deep experience and knowledge in Absence & Time Tracking
  • Leading the design and configuration of Workday solutions, gathering and documenting client business requirements, demonstrating configurations through prototype systems, and completing knowledge transfer to clients
  • Assisting in testing the Workday solution and collaborating effectively to address complex tasks and requirements
  • Mentoring new consultants and serving as a professional role model, providing insightful status reports to project managers that highlight risks to project health and improvements in client adoption

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current Workday Time Tracking Certification
  • 4+ years configuring and implementing a combination of Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking (PATT) Solutions
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
  • Previous experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Functional experience in one or more of the following areas: Payroll, Absence and/or Time Tracking
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
  • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
  • Experience deploying multiple HCM/Payroll projects simultaneously a plus
  • Expected travel is +/-30% depending on project
