About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and analyze quality concerns via requirements review and product inspection
  • Design and execute tests to ensure quality of the product under test
  • Document defects and failure rates, perform root cause analysis, and communicate quality metrics in test reports
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in manual testing (functional, non-functional, regression)
  • Strong analytical mindset, natural curiosity, and ability to think outside of the box to solve problems
  • Experience leading a team or mentoring/coaching other testers
  • Ability to learn quickly and be adaptable
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
