Job Summary:
This is a dynamic and challenging role for an Administrative Assistant who will provide exceptional support to our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our daily business operations.
About the Role:
- Perform general administrative tasks with accuracy and timeliness
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and organize virtual appointments
- Draft, proofread, and prepare reports, notices, and other internal documents
- Respond to internal emails and handle client inquiries or forward them to appropriate parties
- Maintain accurate digital records and organize files within cloud storage systems
- Support operations and property management teams in task follow-ups and project tracking
You will be working in a fully remote position, collaborating with a fast-paced virtual work environment, and using various communication platforms, including Slack, Zoom, and project management tools.
We are looking for someone with excellent verbal and written English communication skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, high attention to detail, discretion with sensitive information, and technical aptitude. Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and productivity tools is essential.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1–2 years of administrative or virtual assistant experience preferred
- Prior experience in real estate, property management, or customer service is a plus
- Reliable internet connection and backup system
