Job Summary

Maintain and improve the warehouse's facilities, infrastructure, and equipment to ensure operational reliability, safety, and compliance.

  • Conduct regular daily inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities and as-built drawings.
  • Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of handling machines such as conveyors, reach trucks, dock levelers, roll-up doors, and automated machines.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues on warehouse equipment.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to prevent downtime.
  • Evaluate facility performance and recommend improvements.
  • Track and communicate work request status and completion from each process owner.
  • Monitor construction work progress to ensure quality, budget, and deadline compliance.
  • Coordinate with contractors on warehouse construction issues.
  • Provide project status reports to Facilities Lead.
  • Prepare and review engineering plans, technical specifications, and estimates.
  • Support safety programs to prevent hazards exposure and decrease potential damage to the property.
  • Facilitate compliance to industrial park and local government requirements, policies, and efficiencies.
