Warehouse Operations Supervisor

This role oversees the daily operations of a warehouse facility. Responsibilities include ensuring that all systems function properly, developing and implementing a preventive maintenance schedule for warehouse infrastructure and equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Key performance indicators for this position include maintaining cleanliness and safety in the workplace, handling emergency repairs and maintenance requests, minimizing operational disruptions, and monitoring warehouse security systems.

Additionally, the Warehouse Operations Supervisor will manage budgeting for facility maintenance, repairs, and utilities to optimize cost efficiency, prepare reports on facility performance and maintenance logs, and coordinate with third-party contractors and vendors.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or vocational diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in warehouse facilities management, logistics, or industrial maintenance.
  • Technical Knowledge: Building maintenance, safety compliance, and equipment upkeep.
  • Regulatory Expertise: Familiarity with OSH regulations, fire safety codes, and preventive maintenance programs.
