Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist to manage our end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes. This role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts, supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, and monitoring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in accounts payable or accounts receivable, a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, and proficiency in Xero or similar accounting software. They should be detail-oriented, a self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments, and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.

This position involves managing AP and AR processes, ensuring timely and accurate account reconciliations, supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, and monitoring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The successful candidate will generate and analyze AR/AP reports, aging summaries, and key metrics, as well as assist in audits with proper documentation and record-keeping.

Requirements:
  • At Least 2 Years of AP or AR Experience
