We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage financial data, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
Key Responsibilities- Data Entry: Accurately input data into QuickBooks and other accounting software.
- Financial Data Management: Organize and manage financial data, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Billing and Reconciliation: Reconcile bills and invoices with accounts payable records.
- Financial Reporting: Assist with generating financial reports, statements, and summaries.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions and documents.
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years experience as a bookkeeper or similar role.
- Accounting Software Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
- Numerical and Data Entry Skills: Strong numerical and data entry skills with high attention to detail.
- Organizational and Time-Management Abilities: Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Communication Skills: Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
The successful candidate will be able to work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
