Role Summary

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Administrator to drive sales workflows, enhance data accuracy, and support teams across multiple time zones. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for creating and streamlining sales workflows, designing logical automation, and maintaining data accuracy in Salesforce. Your primary duties will include:

  • Building and updating complex Salesforce workflows and flows
  • Creating and managing custom reports and dashboards
  • Maintaining data accuracy and management in Salesforce using tools like Dataloader.io

Additional responsibilities include serving as a real-time resource during PST hours, assisting with operational projects, and improving workflow efficiency.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce administration, including workflow and flow building, reporting, and data management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with experience in creating SOPs
  • Ability to work in or align with PST time zone
