Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal and external event logistics.
  • Coordinate maintenance and distribution of Vic events calendar.
  • Support tasks associated with recruitment of key client RM's & KCCs.
  • Report on client engagement activities/information within Salesforce.
  • Prepare and maintain marketing collateral.
  • Monitor and distribute tender alerts from various industry sources.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in administration support roles, preferably in professional services industry.
  • Advanced skills with MS Office, Adobe Suite, and Salesforce.
