Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Admin Support to join our dynamic sales team at Federal Land Cebu. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for onboarding new sales hires, preparing contracts, and processing allowances and commissions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the onboarding process for new sales personnel
  • Prepare and process sales contracts and related documentation
  • Handle requirements, allowances, and commission processing for sales agents
  • Provide administrative support for marketing events and other sales activities

Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience in administrative roles or real estate is an advantage
  • Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams
