Our organization is seeking a skilled Credit Officer to drive financial growth and support lending decisions through in-depth analysis of borrowers' creditworthiness.

About The Position
  • A highly detail-oriented professional with 2+ years of experience in a related field will be responsible for conducting comprehensive financial and risk assessments of prospective and existing clients.

As a seasoned Credit Analyst, you will play a critical role in evaluating the creditworthiness of borrowers and providing recommendations on appropriate credit structures and terms. You will work closely with marketing teams to ensure timely and accurate credit processing, including preparing and presenting Credit Offering Memos (COMs) to support lending decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough financial and credit analysis of borrowers to assess their creditworthiness and identify potential risks.
  • Prepare and present COMs to support lending decisions and recommend optimal credit structures and terms.
  • Evaluate risks and make informed recommendations to ensure prudent lending practices.
  • Monitor borrower performance and provide proactive advice on restructuring, renewals, or collections as needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure seamless credit processing and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Banking.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably as an analyst or in a similar role.
