Stock Administrator Position

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for administering stock programs, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stock Administration:
    • Administering company stock programs, including processing stock transactions and maintaining accurate records.
    • Maintaining employee stock database, including tracking employee stock ownership and entitlements.
    • Providing excellent customer service to employees, answering their inquiries and resolving any issues related to stock programs.
    • Liaising with external brokers and transfer agents to ensure timely settlement of trades and execution of trading instructions.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Preparing monthly and quarterly reports for management on stock program performance and employee participation.
    • Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement in stock program administration.
  • Due Diligence and Compliance:
    • Evaluating new stock programs and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Performing other projects and duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in stock administration or related field.
  • Knowledge of equity compensation instruments and plans, including stock options, RSUs, and ESPPs.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Desired Qualifications:
  • CEP Level 1 certification or higher.
  • Proficiency in Equity Edge software.
  • Experience with US federal and state taxation relating to equity compensation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
