Key Responsibilities:

As an Academic Registrar at GBHFI School - College of Criminology, you will be responsible for managing the student registration process, including course selection, add/drop deadlines, and waitlist management. This role requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. You will maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, generate academic transcripts, and coordinate with faculty and departments on academic data collection and reporting. Additionally, you will oversee the graduation process, verify completion of degree requirements, and provide exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and staff.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a registrar's office or similar academic setting
• Proven experience with student information systems and data management tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
