Job Title: HR Admin Assistant

At HR Ericka, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Admin Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including employee relations, recruitment, and benefits administration.
  • Assist in the investigation of employee complaints and grievances, and provide counseling and support to employees as needed.
  • Coordinate with management to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, including personnel files and benefits information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a 4-year Human Resource or related course.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Employee Relations, with a strong background in investigation, counseling, and conflict resolution.
  • Familiarity with Freight Management and willingness to work onsite.
