Lead Software Engineer Role

This leadership position is responsible for guiding a skilled engineering team in managing and continuously enhancing global workplace platforms.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience leading technical teams, a deep understanding of business and technical challenges, and strong communication skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa.

  • A proven track record of leading technical teams and driving process improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated skills associated with building strong vendor &/or customer relationships.
  • Experience building an innovative culture within a team that is focused on continual improvement, automation, and improving the employee experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for fostering collaboration, ensuring the team delivers high-quality solutions that meet business needs, and overseeing application support. You'll also engage with stakeholders across infrastructure, operations, and strategy teams to drive alignment with business goals, IT strategy, and design principles.

We're looking for someone with a proactive mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a customer-focused approach to everything they do. As a people manager, you'll be responsible for fostering a culture of innovation, continual improvement, and automation while managing vendor relationships and platform lifecycles.
