Job Title:

Senior Software Engineering Manager

We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished Senior Software Engineering Manager to oversee the development and deployment of intelligent systems and scalable web applications.

  • Leadership & Management:
    • Lead and manage a team of skilled software engineers and AI specialists, ensuring project timelines, quality standards, and deliverables are met.
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering their growth and development in both software engineering and AI-driven solutions.
    • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, team reviews, and performance evaluations.
    • Coordinate and prioritize tasks, ensuring optimal resource allocation for maximum productivity.
  • AI Development & Integration:
    • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of intelligent agents that automate processes, improve decision-making, and enhance user experience.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into full stack applications, ensuring seamless functionality.
    • Lead the creation and fine-tuning of AI models to meet the needs of the business and ensure they deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Project Oversight & Execution:
    • Manage the full lifecycle of both software development and AI-driven projects, from ideation to deployment, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
    • Lead collaboration between software engineers, data scientists, and product teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
    • Monitor and optimize team workflows, ensuring projects are executed efficiently with continuous improvements.
  • Testing & Optimization:
    • Supervise the testing and optimization of both AI agents and web applications to ensure high performance and reliability.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring smooth and error-free deployment.
  • Innovation & Research:
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in software engineering and AI technologies, ensuring the team is equipped with cutting-edge knowledge and skills.
    • Encourage innovative solutions to business challenges and contribute to the development of new techniques and strategies to improve systems and processes.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Communicate progress, challenges, and achievements to senior leadership and other departments.
