Residential Estate Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing the management of residential real estate and ensuring the optimal performance of building systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Regularly review and inspect various mechanical, electrical, life safety, plumbing, and elevator equipment to maintain their efficiency and reliability.
- Develop and implement effective programs for the maintenance and repair of these systems, including routine checklists and schedules.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Architecture, Engineering, or Business Management.
- 3-5 years of experience in a related role, preferably in building engineering or property management.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential for success in this position.
