As an IT Trainee, you will be assisting experienced IT professionals with various tasks to enhance your skills and knowledge in desktop OS installation, hardware setup, troubleshooting, and inventory management.

Your Key Responsibilities

The role involves:

  • Installing and configuring desktop operating systems.
  • Setting up basic desktop settings and peripherals such as keyboards and mice.
  • Configuring printers and performing basic desktop troubleshooting.
  • Monitoring incidents and requesting support tickets.
  • Providing first-level chat support and assisting clients with desktop movement as requested.
  • Assisting in IT inventory management and performing regular desktop maintenance.
About the Opportunity

We are looking for:

  • Graduating students of Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • Hardworking individuals willing to undergo training and develop their skills.
  • Ability to commit 1800 work hours.
  • A Memorandum of Agreement from the school.
  • An Endorsement letter from the school.
  • A Waiver.
