
Sales Support Coordinator

As a meticulous Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate records, ensuring CRM data integrity, and providing top-notch administrative assistance to our sales team. Occasionally, some outbound calling may be required, but your primary responsibility will be ensuring our sales processes run smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate client information, call notes, and status updates.
- Ensure data hygiene by cleaning and verifying lead/contact lists.
- Prepare and issue invoices and coordinate with clients for billing-related queries.
- Assist Operations Manager with reports, dashboards, and pipeline tracking.
- Support the sales team by managing follow-ups, reminders, and scheduling.
- Help prepare sales scripts, templates, and call documentation.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales-to-client handover.
- Experience as an Administrative Support Specialist, Sales Admin, or in a support role (1–2 years minimum).
- Strong skills in CRM systems and spreadsheets.
- High attention to detail and ability to spot errors/inconsistencies in data.
- Basic knowledge of invoicing and sales documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup.
- Familiarity with sales environments or BPO/remote sales support.
- Experience in data hygiene, lead management, and reporting.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and invoicing software.
