Job Title: Senior Strategic Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Strategic Project Manager to lead our project team. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution, including identifying and mitigating risks, and resolving issues.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules to achieve project goals.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and clients, to ensure project expectations are met.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, highlighting areas of improvement and suggesting corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on strategic project delivery.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
