Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Digital Growth Strategist to drive online lead generation through a variety of marketing channels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative growth-focused marketing plans that expand our reach into new markets.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Launch and manage lead generation campaigns across TV, radio, podcasts, influencer marketing, digital billboards, social media, and AI-assisted voice channels.
  • Continuously test new marketing channels and analyze data to refine strategies.
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing plans to drive business growth.
  • Optimize campaign performance using A/B testing, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities for expansion.


Requirements:
  • Proven experience in online lead generation or sales with a focus on direct response campaign measurement using both traditional and non-traditional channels.
  • Strong background in performance marketing, data analysis, and campaign testing.
  • A hands-on, test-and-learn mindset with the ability to move quickly.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
