Conversational AI Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Prompt Engineer to join our team. This role is pivotal in designing, testing, and refining prompts that drive natural, effective, and compliant interactions between AI voice/chat agents and end-users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and write conversational AI prompts for various applications.
  • Translate business requirements into effective conversational flows and dialogue structures.
  • Collaborate with developers, linguists, and QA testers to improve AI responses and reduce errors.
  • Analyse data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct A/B testing and fine-tuning of prompts to maximise accuracy, compliance, and user satisfaction.
  • Document prompt libraries, version changes, and testing results for knowledge transfer.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in linguistics, communications, AI/ML, or computer science. Experience working with large language models (LLMs) or conversational AI platforms is essential.
