PPC and AI Marketing Expert

We are seeking an experienced PPC & AI Marketing Professional to lead and optimize our paid media campaigns and leverage AI-driven marketing strategies.

This role involves managing multi-channel paid search campaigns, driving automation, and using AI tools to maximize marketing efficiency and return on investment (ROI).

  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms.
  • Test ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies; adjust campaigns to improve ROI, CPC, and CPA.
  • Develop and implement strategies for budget allocation and bid management.
  • Set up and test campaigns on emerging advertising platforms.
  • Streamline marketing and sales processes using AI tools.
  • Automate data enrichment, lead qualification, and distribution to improve response times.
  • Test and apply AI prompts, API integrations, zaps, smart AI spreadsheets, and content personalization.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to track performance and generate actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with SEO, content, social media, design, and development teams to ensure a cohesive strategy.
  • Stay updated with the latest PPC and AI marketing trends, continuously experimenting with new tools and strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in PPC campaign management across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven marketing tools, automation platforms, and API integrations.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with lead generation, conversion rate optimization, and budget management.
  • Understanding of AI-based automation for data processing, lead qualification, and personalization.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, audience segmentation, and bid management strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation software, and workflow automation (Zapier, AI prompts, etc.).
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
