Job Description

We are seeking a skilled AI Automation Engineer to join our team and drive the development of agent-driven workflows.

The successful candidate will work closely with our CTO to identify pain points, rank ROI, and define success metrics. They will be responsible for shipping AI-first utilities or embedding them into our existing products, measuring their impact, and debugging front-end, back-end, and infra when agents misbehave.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building and shipping SaaS products, production experience with AI/ML systems, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration. They will also have a rapid prototyping reflex, features in hours, not days, and previous automation work that delivered measurable business value.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience Building and Shipping SaaS Products: We require candidates with proven experience in developing and launching SaaS products.
  • Production Experience with AI/ML Systems: The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AI/ML systems, including prompt engineering and agent orchestration.
  • Rapid Prototyping Reflex: We need candidates who can rapidly prototype features, delivering results in hours, not days.
  • Previous Automation Work: Successful candidates will have a track record of delivering measurable business value through automation.
