Marketing Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and effective Marketing Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in cross-functional project coordination, reporting, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate weekly team meetings for efficient communication.
- Outline key trends, insights, and supplier impacts from weekly business results.
- Manage stakeholder satisfaction through NPS surveys and facilitation.
- Drive process improvements across the organization.
- Support project buildout and tracking efforts.
This is a remote position requiring a stable work-from-home setup and high-definition internet connection.
Required Skills and Qualifications- High sense of urgency/responsiveness.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and process management experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, OneNote and PowerPoint.
