We are seeking an experienced HR and Admin Manager to join our team at the BGC office of John Clements Recruitment Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR and administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage recruitment processes, including shortlisting and interviewing candidates

• Coordinate payroll calculations and distributions, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies

• Verify overtime calculations for the General Services Department

• Implement and maintain attendance management systems

• Develop and update work regulations to ensure compliance with company policies and laws

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new and exiting employees

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees

• Identify and implement improvements to HR processes and procedures

• Manage employee benefits, including health check-ups and other perks
