Senior Accounting Manager Role:We are seeking a highly skilled accounting professional to lead our financial management cycle, overseeing end-to-end processes including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close.This role will ensure the integrity of our financial statements and compliance with accounting standards, while delivering insightful financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead financial planning and analysis activities, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Oversee month-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare, review, and present management reports highlighting key business drivers, trends, and variances.
  • Maintain and enhance financial models to support strategic decision-making and scenario planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with operational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement process improvements for efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting.
  • Support internal and external audits, providing documentation as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in controllership, financial planning & analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
  • Proficiency in month-end close processes and financial statement preparation.
  • Advanced analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and present clear insights.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial reporting tools and ERP systems.
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to present financial information to non-financial audiences.
