Requirements:

  • Degree: College graduate (preferably in IT, Computer Science, or a related field).
  • Experience: 5-8 years of experience in IT support/operations, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills, proficiency in IT infrastructure, networks, operating systems, and security protocols, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
