Psychological Wellbeing Specialist

This role plays a vital part in fostering a positive work environment, promoting mental health and wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Psychological Wellbeing Specialist with expertise in trauma-informed care, resilience-building, and team engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Individual Sessions:
  • Conduct regular 1:1 sessions to provide timely support for urgent wellbeing needs.
  • Incorporate stress-reduction techniques, coping strategies, and decision-making skills into sessions.
  • Group Sessions:
  • Facilitate group sessions focusing on peer support and healthy working relationships.
  • Tailor sessions based on team dynamics and feedback from Team Leads.
  • Training & Development:
  • Deliver training sessions including onboarding, well-being, and resiliency training.
  • Ensure all training is delivered within prescribed timeframes and formats.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Master's degree in psychology.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience post bachelor's degree in mental health.
  • Valid and active license as a Registered Psychologist or Guidance Counselor.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
